The wives of the Cradock Four lay wreaths in loving memory and deep sympathy for their husbands, who were brutally murdered under the apartheid regime while fighting for freedom and equality.
In commemoration of the 40th anniversary, the province gathered in Inxuba Yethemba to honour these fallen heroes, Matthew Goniwe, Fort Calata, Sicelo Mhlauli, and Sparrow Mkhonto, and to reflect on the strides made toward a democratic South Africa.”
