The Executive Mayor, Cllr Samkelo Janda has made a clarion call to all Councillors, Traditional Leaders, Representatives of the registered Stakeholder Groups, All Sector Departments, Ward Committees, Community Development Workers, Communities within Mbhashe Local Municipality, Private Sector, Non-governmental Organisations, Non-Profit Organisations, Special Groups and Civil Society Organisations Representative to attend the Mayoral Imbizo to table the progress report on 2025/2026 financial year projects and confirmation of ward priorities for 2026/2027 financial year.
These public engagements aim to encourage involvement of the Mbhashe LM community members by giving them a voice in local governance, fostering trust, transparency and active participation in the decision-making of community development.
