By assisting small enterprises with formal registration, Mbhashe aims to unlock access to funding opportunities, training, and markets for rural entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday we are not just giving certificates we are opening doors for opportunity, growth, and economic participation,\u201d said the Development Planning Portfolio Head, Cllr Nomvuyiseko Mgedezi.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the handover, a two-day training session for SMMEs and cooperatives will be conducted to equip participants with essential business management, financial literacy, and compliance skills.
